Cranial Sacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on approach that releases tensions deep in the body to relieve pain and dysfunction and improve whole-body health and performance. It was pioneered and developed by Osteopathic Physician John E. Upledger.

The central nervous system is heavily influenced by the cranial sacral system – the membranes and fluid that surround, protect and nourish the brain and spinal cord. Using a soft touch Susan is able to tune into your natural cerebral spinal fluid rhythms and engage your body's natural healing ability. You can be fully clothed and laying down or seated, whichever is most comfortable for you. We’ll encourage you to let go of tension, anxiety, fear or other negative feelings.
