Hypnotherapy
Your total mind is like an iceberg. The conscious mind is the part above the surface that you’re aware of. The subconscious mind is like the ice under the surface. You don’t know it’s there, and wow, is it vast!
Similar to a computer program, your subconscious mind stores your belief systems. When you consider that most of your belief systems were established by the age of five (before you had the ability to reason) it makes sense that some of these belief systems need updating! Hypnotherapy is a safe, gentle way to reach this deeper, subconscious mind.

Hypnotherapy guides you to a state of heightened awareness and focus, similar to a daydream. Contrary to a popular thought, hypnosis is not a form of unconsciousness like sleep. You allow yourself to be guided into hypnosis and can choose to come out of it at any time.
During hypnosis your subconscious is open to new suggestions. It doesn’t have the resistance of the conscious mind. It doesn’t say, “No, that can't be true.", or “That's not possible.”. This is the time to transform habits and beliefs that no longer serve you.
Is it safe?
Is it safe?
Yes, hypnosis is completely safe. It was approved by the American Medical Association in 1958. In 1995 the National Institutes of Health (NIH) recommended hypnotherapy as a treatment for chronic pain. Hypnotherapy allows people to free their minds of negative patterns and embrace more supportive ones.
In addition to relieving specific symptoms and helping with specific issues, hypnosis can be a fun, relaxing, and enjoyable experience.
